Serendipity

Nice title noh? Wala lang, nothing to do with the title or siguro a little about it.

It's about telepathy, past love and second chances (kaya?). I'm just glad that forces like this still surrounds this cruel world we live in. Makes people happy, okay I admit I feel good, nakakataba ng puso the feeling of warmth & fuzziness all over (STOP, okay exagg sorry po). Ayan tuloy I can't stop thinking about a lot of things na. I'm walking down memory lane. How would it feel living in New York? I hope I’ll find out soon or in the future as in first person description.

Not a typical Sandler movie, this is something that makes the heart swell with pride and love for people judged all the time, discriminated and those who were always the underdogs. I practically love Adam kahit his comedy were quite predictable but this I like the best (I lied I love 50 First Dates). This movie reminds me of the Christmas animation he has I saw it but I forgot the title. Ah! Eight Crazy Nights, ayun tama. Anyway I like Adam, adore him, love him (smiling sheepishly). He would always be a prick but in the end it was really innate that he’s good I mean great. This movie also made me feel special about having a lot of good friends. Paul Crewe doesn’t have a lot of them in the beginning but he earned good ones in the end. Hay, enough mapapanaginipan ko na naman sya.

I have the Must Love Dogs book now, it’s not the movie cover thank God! I’m planning to read it later I just wish that Kevin won’t demand my attention. He took the bar exam already yippee! I hope he pass it.

Guys, SHMINGLES was featured on the Cosmo Magazine latest issue, the one with Cindy Kurleto on the cover. Marco phoned me a while ago on this. Congrats dear!

I need a long break....

Careful, Careful!!!

I was half way through REM when I heard my cell phone, I felt grumpy while picking it up because I forgot to silenced it again, my fault. Got this message from someone I don’t know & this was the exact exchange of messages:

09179733594: Hi..
Anne: hu r u?
09179733594: wer are u?
Anne: I askd u hu u r f u dnt want 2 answr gnyt then. Stop txting me.
09179733594: Lets @# it.. @ want $! (note: explicit language)
Anne: B careful wit wat u txt I hve frnds @ globe. U can hve prepaid sim but I can trace u. So fuck off!
09179733594: ok.. gud for u.
Anne: Go to hell! End ur lyf f u dnt hve anything meaningful 2 do. Ahole!

And I had the last say! Hehehe.

It was really mean of me to be telling that person nasty words but what was texted to me was really offensive. I don’t entertain missed sent messages but when I do once in a while it is only because I felt it was important, my phonebook got busted more than a couple of times already & I don’t want my friends to be feeling bad at me for deleting their numbers even though it wasn’t my fault. And I know my judgment failed me last night or was it after 12 am already? It was, indeed an ungodly hour.

Why am I writing this? To warn everybody with what we send online & via sms. Whatever you do can be traceable now, even the president for God’s sake was a victim of this. Even prepaid numbers, users might think they cannot be traced because they are not holding lines but folks, believe me you can be traced. The numbers you call often and those you text often can be seen from the log & those people can be contacted for info about you. Also, the series of last sms messages you sent can be traced & read as well. So from now on think about what you’ll gonna say first before messing it with someone.

So you 09179733594, If were you I’m gonna throw away this particular sim & just purchase a new one anyway a sim doesn’t cost a fortune now. Do it baby cos your number is on the world wide web already, you pervert!

Maid turned Photographer on the Loose

I cannot believe it! It's Saturday and at 7 am on the dot I am awake - blame it on my body clock, I would love to sleep some more that I closed my eyes once again only to find myself no longer interested in catching winks and dreams. I hate feeling like this cos it stresses me out, Saturday is supposed to be my rest day and when I rest I expect to wake up a little late. Waking at around 11 am on Saturdays or Sundays is one of my life's precious pleasures cos I don't get to do it consistently. Considering I had a late night sleep cos I finished reading If Only It Were True (Hooray! I'm done reading it) it will be really sweet if I was still in bed asleep around 9 am. But I have no choice, I decided to attak my house aroung 7:30... I was inspired by how thorough KC Concepcion can clean her little apartment in Paris. I was on full work gear scrubbing, dusting & mopping the floor. By 11 am my house is really sparkling clean made me proud of my cleaning accomplishment.

Next project, cleaning my closet & labelling the shoe boxes and bag protectors. Hehehe I didn't realize that cleaning & arranging at home can be this fun. I took my phone and lined up all my shoeses. Here's some of the pictures I took & my golly I didn't imagine I had a lot of shoes that I don't get to wear anymore simply because I have forgotten they exist.

Next the bags, rest muna ako I'll just do them later (hehehe tinatamad na ko in short).

IF ONLY IT WERE TRUE

I'm done with the book and what can I say? I won't over rate the book cos what I find nice in it will be something na mababaw for some. I'll just say that this is book that will make you smile in the end. The moment I put the book down, I cannot help but dream about Mark Ruffalo. Yes unfortunately the characters I have pictured in my mind were Mark & Reese. Ayoko sana but I can't help it. Oh well tapos na, I just hope the movie will give the book justice. Dun pala galing yung prose about TIME, the one we received in forwarded emails about "If you want to know the importance of a year, ask a student who failed, if you want to know the importance of a day, hours, minutes, seconds etc.".

Enjoy the rest of your weekend folks. Now for those who will be able to read this on Monday, Happy Monday!

Behind The Scenes

Thank God for friends like Jenny & Pen :-), they can make your day a crazy one. Posted by Picasa

Bored and Loving It

Friday, yahooo!

Afternoons at our office is always quiet & busy especially on Fridays when we have to make sure that everything has been taken cared of especially the reports for the US office. Although there are times too when our Friday afternoons usually gives us the feeling of restlessness and the aspiration that the day will be over soon, this Friday was an exceptional one. I thought this day would be over without an entry on my journal because I’m not really up to it plus the fact that I don’t have anything to blabber about. Then in a short span of time (around 30 minutes of goofing with my phone camera) ta-dan! An instant entry! I had a lot of fun. With my friends Jenny who’s really photogenic & camera shy-I-don’t-know-that-term and Pen who’s really cute & oh so young in pictures set the office atmosphere in real chaos. Obviously our boss is not around hehehe. Here are the pictures from th
is fun-filled afternoon.

BEST OF JENNY

MOI

BEST OF PEN

Yes we are bored but we're loving every minute of it hehehe.

DEBS ARGH!!!

Disgusting
Ewan
Boring
Sordid

That’s what DEBS the movie is all about. I can’t believe I wasted my time watching this film which stars teen actresses of Hollywood, teens that other teens look up to yet what the story told is otherwise. It was irresponsible of MTV films to be showing something like that although you can get the value of friendship in that movie, the totality of it will never justify this one little good thing that we want kids today to learn. It’s a shameful movie. Arghhh! I cannot believe it.

My Friendster Network

I have realized that people in my network are cool, here's how I confirmed that they are: Tadadadan....

It's a good thing that this is what appeared at my page. I usually look at what other people search thru in their own networks, yung iba love related, yung iba puro video scandals.... hehehe pathetic. Well I am lucky I have cool friends, sabihin na nating mababaw but I am glad they're into good & clean fun :)

Thursday once again, my favorite day. It is the Desperate Housewives Day. Wala lang, I'm thinking about Vina, she said she'll text us, she's suppose to give birth today, CS pa man din.

Myra... Calling the attention of Myra. I will call you tomorrow okay? Have fun at work. Mail mo na HP ko!

If Only It Were True

I was browsing yesterday at National Bookstore (I’m a Powerbooks girl but Nat’l is having a sale, might as well earn credits for my Laking National card hehehe) looking for the Must Love Dogs book that I must have and unfortunately the only book they have for that title has the movie cover. I don’t like books with movie covers (except for the LOTR books I have because Legolas is sooooooo, can’t find the words). Then I stumble upon this book entitled “If Only It Were True” by Mark Levy. It immediately caught my attention. I bought the book without having any second thoughts. Then just this morning I found out that the novel is now a movie starring Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo. The movie is entitled “Just Like Heaven”. I can’t comment on the movie yet cos’ it’ll be shown on Sept 16 pa, what I can just give now is the synopsis of the book:

It is a light, frothy tale of love conquering all, even a coma. Lauren Kline, a medical resident at San Francisco Memorial Hospital, is young, beautiful, and content with her life. Then a faulty steering mechanism in her old clunker of a car causes her to suffer head injuries in a shattering car accident. As she later explains, she could hear everything around her in the hospital recovery room, but could neither move, see, nor speak. She learns that she is languishing in a coma, having somehow survived being pronounced dead. Enter Arthur, an architect and partner in a restoration firm, who recently moved into an apartment and finds it comes equipped with an unexpected bonus-Lauren. Well, her spirit, anyway, since her body continues to reside in the very hospital in which she worked. She's not dead, so the apartment-dwelling Lauren is not actually a ghost, and she seems to have form and substance, but only Arthur can see and hear her. Readers learn that for months she has been psychically transporting her spirit all over the city until she finally comes back to her own apartment-now Arthur's. This feel-good story is an easy and engrossing read. – From YM

I am not yet done with the book, I will let you know what I think about it the soonest I’m done, perhaps on Monday.

Another book that really intrigued me and I'm still thinking if I should get one was the book that Oprah had in his rerun show last Tuesday, it’s “He’s Not That Into You”. I don’t know I just want to see what the book is all about. Hehehe.

Must Have The Book

I really must have it, I’m going to add it to my list of wishes hehehe but can I wait ‘til my birthday for this? Argh! The movie is so bitin! They could have made it better, the lines are really nice, funny sya & it’s a movie that really entertains. Kaso I dunno di naman ako nakatulog the next thing I know tapos na sya. It was pretty bizaare cos I have read a lot of bad reviews about this movie, baka yun na nga yun. The lines are really interesting, pang natural na taong hirit lang, nothing really deep that would make you think. Everything is laid in layman’s term, easy to understand no tricks no mind boggling riddles and all. The movie you should watch when your head is aching. Di ka na pag iisipin. Plus my honey Dermont is in the cast kahit di maganda role nya. I'm hoping that the book is wackier than the movie that is why I MUST HAVE IT!

Anyway, I’m so sleepy but I am glad cos one of my bestest friend Myra called me up this morning while I was taking a bath at kwentuhan galore ito. I missed her terribly & it was really nice to hear from her. Myra!!! Uwi ka na!!! And do not forget to send my HP okay? Send me the ticket na rin para maampon mo na ko dyan. This is a special shout out for your cos I know you read this regularly :-)

My friend Vina will be giving birth to a new baby this coming 25th, as always I'm excited for her, she is

Hehehe, I'm so addicted to these blinkies kakatuwa. Although the perfect blinky to describe me today is this one.

Wisdom of a Jittery soon to be Birthday Girl

Why call it wisdom when it would just pop out at a very unwise time. I have been battling with this one & only wisdom tooth I have for 2 years now. For someone who didn’t experience having a decayed tooth even in childhood, toothaches are really new to me. Toothache in a sense that in my case it is not really the tooth that is aching it is the gum where the wisdom tooth wants to emerge that is in real pain. I remembered 2 years ago when a tiny white can be spotted on my rearmost gum, it was awfully painful that I have to go to a dentist to have it checked if it’s impacted or what. After the x-ray (the tiny cute film is something hehehe), the dentist advised that it’s coming out alright and that the pain is normal and I should not worry about it. 2 years have passed & several dental appointments later the tooth is still not in its full growth. It just doesn’t feel very wise anymore. It’s like an unwanted visitor cos it’ll grow then it’ll sleep again then after 2 months it’s on its feet again. GRRR!

Dino would always call it BIRTHDAY JITTERS, it happens to me every year. 2 years ago Dino told me to just let my day happen and don’t fuss over it. Whether I like it or not another year will add to my life and I really can’t do anything about it. It always happens weeks before someone’s birthday when she or he would just feel the world’s burden is on his or her shoulders. I know you guys can relate to it. It is the time when you try to look back at your failures, mistakes and disappointments. We spend a lot of time over the sad moments than focusing on what we have accomplished in the year that passed. Frankie’s voice is lingering… fun is fleeting, it is the pain that give life its meaning. Why am I talking about all of this rubbish because I am having one. I am having the so-called birthday jitters and true enough - Dino is right, I really can’t do anything about it. Life will go on.

Dave is singing in the background, singing his melodious Dreamgirl. I remembered I wrote something about the Dream Guy days ago. Guys think about it din pala. It sounds so complicated but in reality we all just think about the same thing. And it seems that Dave’s dream girl is a meantime girl, or was it Dave who’s a meantime guy? Pathetic world hehehe here’s an excerpt:

"Still you're my best friendand after a good, good drunk you and me wake up and make loveafter a deep sleep where I was dreaming I was dreaming of a Dreamgirl Dreamgirl Dreamgirl (Yeah) Dreamgirl I was feeling like a creep as I watched you asleep face down in the grass in the park in the middle of hot afternoon Your top was untied and I thought how nice it'd be to follow the sweat down your spine.

Caught by a wave my back to the ocean. It knocks me off my feet and just as I find my footing here you come again! Dreamgirl, oh"

Okay back to my real mababaw self, songs galore at lyrics ito. I like this new song from Straylight Run, here’s some of their Existentialism (on a prom night) lyrics:

when the sun came up
we were sleeping in
sunk inside our blankets
sprawled across the bed
and we were dreaming
there are moments when i know it
and the world revolves around us
and we're keeping it
keeping it all going
this delicate balance
vulnerable
all knowing
(sing like you think no one's listening)
you would kill for this
just a little bit
so, sing me something soft
sad and delicate
or loud and out of key
sing me anything
we're glad for what we've got
done with what we've lost
our whole lives laid out right in front of us

Ang deep no? After 2 of the band members (John & I dunno who else hehehe) left Taking Back Sunday they started a new one. It’s better this way dumami good emo bands.

Great Finds
P500 bill from the bottom-est part of my bag. Laundered and all hehehe just like my pants incident.
My poem book, naluluma, inaamag at nagkapunit punit na. If I have the guts, I’ll post some of my yucky works here hehehe.
CD case from Gabs, Am Idol pa yun hehehe
Websites galore: try
www.bored.com & www.howstuffworks.com

I really want to have a pan hanger na paganito, one time I saw sa lifestyle channel how to make one kaso I can't do it naman dahil di kaya ng powers ko ang mag mala-karpintero kaya eto nakuntento na lang ako sa picture, hay.

~ Cater To You, Destiny's Child~

I was able to think this weekend and I finished coming up with my wish list, yes it’s here :-), I posted it on the sidebar para di naman masyadong obvious hehehe. Thanks to those na nagcommit already. Anyway I was amazed with how Greenhills looks like now, sabagay years ago pa when I last went there, extudyante pa ako that was like 5 years ago already. Aside form the tianges (which by the way is super pare-pareho lang and the price is not really that low anymore) posh restaurants and cinemas made it the new tambayan. I just wish they’ll be able to maintain the niceness and security of the place.

I’m not vain or whatsoever but then I was bored last Saturday, I was drying my hair waiting for Joey to pick me up (eh late sya kaya to make the most out of my time kahit antok pa ko I decided to blow dry my hair – something I don’t really do & my friends know it hehehe) then voila I decided to take my pictures. My mind is pouring out ideas for the photo shoot, too bad ako lang tao sa bahay I don’t have a good subject nearby. I have no choice but be the subject of my masterpiece, cencia na if I’ll post it here. I miss my photography days, aliw prof naming dun

& well my group is always the highest kakasawa na nga A+ during those times. We don’t need to make sipsip to Sir Jay cos what we have is pure talent (hehehe). I just hope mahanap ko na yung portfolio namin, I was the one who took it for safekeeping and unfortunately it was kept alright but I am not sure if it’s safe. Andun pa naman yung tub pictorial baka kumalat sa internet!!! Oh no! Forgive me na lang Gabs & Myra if that happen kase yours were the sexiest photos in the bunch hehehe.

I got engaged last Saturday!

I remember when I was in high school when I would set my eyes on the cool rings that they have on window displays at different jewelry stores. I really want a ring it’ll look good on me I’m sure. Days months & years passed by I still don’t have the ring, too scared to try one on. Even Raffy knows when he asked me to marry him (mahabang kwento & its funny next time na lang) that I want an engagement ring. Hehehe. Anyway last Saturday at Galleria I am not really thinking about the ring or being engage whatsoever. It came at a time that it wasn’t even on my mind, it took me by surprise – the shop’s name: GIRL SHOPPE! They have the craziest and coolest TOE RINGS I have set my eyes on. I decided that it’s time & I am ready for one, hehehe. I have been planning on having one ever since time immemorial and now I have one. I decided my toes needs to be engaged not in the future not soon but that day! My ring toe is now engaged ;-).

Marco Lacoste hindi Polo

Alas tres pa lang and Marco was bugging me on where and what we should eat for dinner. Some friend I have ibang klase oo, he actually have the place and what we should order on top of his head already. What we will order (YES, WE, dinamay na ako he will order for me in other words) is a choice between something crabmeat whatever or chicken teriyaki. He is all ready to order, too bad he’s still miles away from Glorietta and my oh my past 3 pm pa lang.

I remember how Marco & I became friends, we were introduced by a common friend (Ian who happens to be the husband of my good friend Vines), we were suppose to go out like blind date only I was not comfortable with things like that. It turned out that Marco and I have a lot of things in common especially sa music. Our minds orbit the same axis that there was a time that I could already read his mind. We talk about anything and everything and we both love The Practice. Alala ko nun he would ask me to retell the episode when he would miss one and I do the same when I miss an episode as well. We watch the same show and we would text each other pa about what we think of the line, character and the whole show itself. Girl Friday ako ni Marco, alalay in short. We would scout Greenbelt 3 area for a possible date location. He would pass by our building in Makati (when I used to work there pa) and would kidnap me to accompany him sa Starbucks Standard Chartered for his merienda.

Dami ko na palang adventures and misadventures with Marco, we went to Donsol together, backpackers hehehe. Nabangga pa kame twice when he was driving my Dad’s car sa Bicol. He’s like a brother cos he feels so at home with me and my parents. We went to Sagada and boy we had the time of our lives. We are planning our next expedition already, he wants to go to Pinatubo and Sagada again while I am still thinking of a place more beautiful than what he has in mind.

And nga pala soon to be business partners kame nitong friend ko, hopefully I’ll be able to come up na with the perfect concept for the spin off.

The only thing I could influence him aside from music na lang is to read good books at mukhang di pa ko successful. He reads one book a year. 2 years ago it was “The Little Prince” last year it was “Tuesdays with Morrie”. He was about to have his 2nd book for 2004 tinamad pa. He pertains to the book “To Kill a Mocking Bird” as “To Kill a Humming Bird”. Ayos talaga.

Okay magsisix pm na. I’m sure Marco’s tummy is growling na. Gotta go na pala, mangungulit lang yun pag late ako.

What Is A Meantime Girl?

Got this from my new friend John who calls himself a meantime guy and he thinks I am one too (tama ba? Does he really think I am one or was he asking me if I am one? sorry labo ko). Anyway I guess I am a meantime girl, not entirely according to what was enumerated below, ilan lang naman kase dun ang kaya ng powers ko. I can recall clearly that I have been a meantime girl to one friend then another so sa 2 lang sila and they both are special to me that I didn’t mind hanging out with them. I have been a shock absorber, match maker, coffee companion, movie partner, textmate, chatmate, phone pal, CD/MP3 player and even a walking encyclopedia slash walking search engine. Pero as the meantime girl concluded, she’s not always around all the time, it happened to me also. Not that I got tired, perhaps I just couldn’t make it anymore. That was I guess the time when I realized that I deserve to be happy and have my own meantime guy (hehehe ang mean).

So moving on, in our life we have meantime buddies, who invented this situation by the way? Share ko sa inyo, this is nice.

She’s the one you call when you’re bored coz she makes you laugh.
She’s the one you talk to when you’re feeling down coz she’s willing to lend an ear and be a friend.
She’s not the one you call when you need a date to your company’s xmas party, or to go dancing with on a Sat night.
She’s the one you spend time with between girlfriends, before you find “The One".
You know, the one who you keep around in the meantime.
She’s one of the guys, not a tomboy, but you don’t look at her as a “real" woman, either.
She’s not bitchy enough, moody enough, or sexy enough to be seen in that light.
She’s too laidback, too easily amused by the same things your male buddies are amused by.
She’s too understanding, too comfortable she doesn’t make you feel nervous or excited the way a "real" woman does.
But she’s cool, & nice, & funny, & attractive enough that when you’re lonely or horny & need intimate female companionship, she’ll do just fine.
You don’t have to wine and dine her coz she knows the real you already, & you don’t have any facades to keep up, no pretenses to preserve.
You’re not trying to get anything of substance out of her.
She’s not easy, but you know that she cares about you and is attracted to you, & that she’ll give you the intimacy you need.
And you know you don’t have to explain yourself or the situation, that shell be able to cope with the fact that this isn’t the beginning of a relationship or that there’s any possibility that you have any real romantic feelings for her.
It won’t bother her that you’ll get up in the morning, put on your pants, say goodbye, and go on a date with the woman you’ve been mooning over for weeks who finally agreed to go out with you.
She’ll settle for a goodbye hug and a promise to call her and tell her how the date went.
She’s just so cool . . . why can’t all women be like that?!
But deep down, if you really think about it (which you probably don’t because to you, the situation between the two of you isn’t important enough to merit any real thought), you know that it’s really not fair.
You know that although she'd never say it, it hurts her to know that despite all her good points and all the fun you two have, you don’t think she’s good enough to spend any real time with.
Sure, it’s mostly her fault, because she doesn’t have to give in to your needs she could play the hard-to-get bitch like the rest of them do, if she really wanted to.
But you and she both know that she probably couldn’t pull it off.
Maybe she’s too short, or a little overweight, or has a big birthmark on her forehead, or works at Taco Bell.
Whatever the reason, somehow life has given her a lot of really great qualities but has left out the ones that men want (or think they want) in a woman.
So she remains forever the funny friend, the steadfast companion, the secret lover, and you go on searching for your goddess who will somehow be everything you ever wanted in a woman.
You’ll joke to her that she should be the best man at your wedding, & shell laugh and make a joke about a smelly rental tux.
She doesn’t captivate you with her beauty, or open doors with her smile.
Mainly she blends in with the crowd.
She’s safe.
She doesn’t want to be the center of attention and turn the heads of everyone in the room.
But she wants to turn someone’s head.
She wants to be special to someone, too.
We all do.
She has feelings.
She has a heart.
In fact, she probably has a bigger and better heart than any woman you’ve ever known because she’s had a front-row seat to The Mess That Is Your Life, & she likes you anyway.
She obviously sees something worthwhile & redeeming in you because although you’ve given her nothing, absolutely no reason to still be around, she is.
Yeah, I’m a Meantime Girl.
Been one, more times than I care to admit.
I don’t know the reason, really & at this point I don’t even care.
I just want to let every guy know who’s ever had the good fortune to have a Meantime Girl that we may be a lot of fun, but we cry, too, a lot.
And someday we'll not be around

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GABS!!!

Comfort in Your Silence

Ilan lang yan sa mga headliners sa buhay ko, if I am to make a newspaper out of my life it'll definitely be a tabloid full of comic strips & caricatures.

Last night while I was at home contemplating on whether to sleep or wait for Kevin, I remembered that the next day is Gab's birthday. I didn't bother setting my phone alarm because I'm pretty sure that the event was stored there. After exchanging a few messages with other friends I didn't realize that I am half asleep already. I think I was texting Joey na nga with eyes half closed cos when I woke up I was holding my phone with crazy jumbled letters typed on the drafts. And the funny scene was when the phone actually vibrate announcing Gabs birthday. I was startled and was about to throw the vibrating phone. I was really exhausted from something I don't know. I woke up grumpy. Buti na lang things in the office didn't add much to the gloomy day. Thanks to my boss who can really break or make our day.

Anyway I have a short prose below, again from my sister, I dunno why she has a lot of stories & poems like this, san nya kaya pinaghuhugot? Hehehe anyway here it is.

God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back.
Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart but if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours.
Don't go for looks; they can deceive.
Don't even go for wealth; that too can fade.
Go for someone who can and will make you happy...

The line about friends sitting on a porch never saying a word, I dunno reminds me of a friend. Miss ko na bestfriend ko.

I have listed the things currently circling my mind and it is funny how stupid my mind can get:
1. Liz Phair has a new CD coming up this Oct
2. Joey having the time of his life while I'm here in the office suffering from back pains
3. Gabs is now 26 hehehe
4. I want to sleep but I need to look busy
5. Si Lorry nasisiraan ng bait, binebenta nya na ako, help!
6. Shrimp & Garlic pasta in olive oil
7. Collective Soul
8. My bed
9. Ivory Aloe Vera bar soap
10. back massage
11. and list will go on

New Addiction: Orange juice
I have discovered orange juice in a new manner, yes my dears orange juice. I'm not really an orange juice drinker I just woke up one day craving for one then I can't stop. Hehehe, try Tropica orange juice, sarap sya not like any orange juice that tastes like the rind.

Just finished a ym chat with my good friend Lorry. I was urging her to attend the next event of Marco kase gusto ko na syang mag asawa hehehe. 2nd Shmingles event will be this Sept, for those who were'nt able to attend here's your chance. Fun and enjoyable way of meeting people your age :)

Charmed Life

Got this from my sister, and it make sense. I have this tendency to think about things when it present itself to me, take for instance the phrases below. I can’t help but think about the person who’ll fit into the description. Unfortunately none of them fits, some does but not entirely. I guess there no such person, I just have to wake up and face it that it’s just a guy not a “dream guy”.

DREAM GUY

Find a guy who...
calls you beautiful instead of hot,
who calls you back when you hang up on him,
who will stay awake just to watch you sleep.

Wait for the guy...
who kisses your forehead,
who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats,
who holds your hand in front of his friends.

Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you and how lucky he is to have you.
Wait for the one who turns to his friends and says, "...that's her."

Entwined hands, reminds me of the guy with outstretched arms… mainly to get whatever it is that I am carrying and he automatically do this when he is with me. Little did he know that it means a lot to me. I am so tempted to one day give him my hand in return and not the package I am holding. When that day comes I know I am up for it, ready for anything, ready for him. Sabagay he didn’t know that I will marry him one day, hehehe.

I am wondering why I used the title above, I can give my all-time favorite excuse, this is me wala talaga akong sense I just thought I’d use para iba naman. Then it struck me that I am indeed living a charmed life most of the time. On context I can be charming (as other people would say) but figuratively I am living a magical life – nothing about the wingardium leviosa kind of stuff just simple & plain magic.

Finally, as promised here are the pics na nabubulok na sa phone ko. I was able to post them today. Happy Monday to all, enjoy this week!
